FAQ
Q: Your prices are substantially less then what I'm getting from my current printer/disc replicator. Does the quality suffer?A: Not in the least. In fact, not only will we beat your old vendor on price, we'll beat them on quality, too. That may seem like a bold statement, but let's give an example to illustrate. Up until recently, if you wanted to take a last-minute flight from, say, Orlando to New York, a ticket on the older, traditional airlines-- United, Northwest, Delta, etc.-- would of cost over $1000 for an economy-class ticket. And as anyone who flies a a lot knows, the quality of their service wasn't exactly great. Then came along new, more cost-efficient airlines, like JetBlue. The same last-minute ticket could be bought for 60-70% less, and they had all-leather seats, live TV, and much better food! Airlines like JetBlue simply had better management, planning, and efficiency. This is just one example of how you could pay more but get less.
Q: I'm from out of your local area, and I'm nervous about buying printing and/or replication from somewhere I can't just drive to.
A: Well, anywhere's driving distance, if you've got the time. OK, seriously. We understand how you might be a bit anxious. We've got good people, good equipment, and a good attitude. We're highly skilled at what we do. You're in good hands. And using someone local to you doesn't gurantee there won't be any problems. But it does gurantee you'll pay more.
Q: Can you send me samples of your work before I place an order?
A: Of course.
Q: How long will it take to produce my job?
A: The depends on the job. Typically, postcards, business cards, and flyers will take 2 to 5 business days. Trifold brochures, posters, and the like will take 3 to 5. Replicated CDs and DVDs will take from 7 to 12 working days. As always, if you have a particular schedule, let us know and we can probably accomdate it. RUSH jobs are available, as quick as 24 hours for nearly any product.
